Grade six student Salma F. Moxcir won second place in the Super Quiz Bee sponsored by the Cagayan de Oro Association of Private Elementary Schools (CAPES) at Xavier University. She also ranked third in the 27th National Quiz Bee Division Level held last month at City Central School with contenders coming from public and private schools.

Niño James D. Balolong, a sixth grader, won fourth place at the On-the-Spot Feature-Writing Contest during this year's Division Pres Conference held at City Central School, Cagayan de Oro City. The event was participated in by both public and private schools in the city.
